My mom and I both love to eat fish when we are out, particularly either salmon or shellfish (not fried though). We also eat very healthy, and even though we indulge on vacation, we still prefer not to eat tons of fried foods or tons of cream sauces.
Many TS restaurants offer salmon as an option for an entree. I am wondering in general how the salmon (or other fish entrees) are at the restaurants. I am sure they are excellent at Flying Fish (and other signatures) and very good at Coral Reef, but how about a restaurant like CRT? I notice salmon is an option there and we will be going there for dinner for sure. I am also interested to know if any other restaurants that are 1 TS have really good salmon or other fish or shellfish. Theme park, DTD or resort restaurants are all fine with us, location doesn't matter.
To give you an idea, I absolutely loved the salmon I had at Crystal Palace last summer, mainly because the seasoning was delicious and the fish was not dry. I am NOT a fan of dry fish, especially salmon. I also loved the salmon at Boma but we are not going back there (DH and I got bad heartburn the night we went there and we had some very different spices and sauces than we were used to...not their fault, we have very sensitive stomachs).
Thanks for any suggestions!
