Question about Fast passes and MB

We have our ressies and the final pyt is due 4-11. It says we can start making our fast passes to our magiv bands on 3-28, my question is....Does the pkg have to be paid in full before we can make fast passes online? We also don't have our MB yet.

If you have tickets purchased as part of your package, you can start booking your FastPasses. You will need to log into Disney's web site or down load the Mymagic App. Ypu will need to link your reservation number to the site and all your information will come up. You do not need to have it paid off to make your FP.
