Question about escape wedding

So i finally got my H2B thinking that disney is a possible location. Here is my question we would want to have an escape wedding but our guest number would be around 25. Could we still do the escape wedding or have to bump up to a wishes wedding? I thought i saw on here somewhere the other day of someone paying extra for a few guest past the limit of 20. If someone could give me some information about this i would really appreciate it.

For an extra $500 you can go from 18 guests to 23 guests so a total of 25 with the bride and groom.
