Question about EMH (evening) at Epcot?

I have seen a list of the attractions and restaurants that are open during EMH but haven't seen anythings about the shops. Can anyone tell me if the shops in World Showcase are all open during EMH evening hours?

Mexico and Norway should be open.
Don't know about the small shop at American Adventure.

All the other pavilions should be closed.

I read that the Kidcot Fun Stops were open until 11:00p.m. so I assumed that all the pavilions were open, at least until 11:00. Is that not correct? And can anyone give me information regarding the shops in World Showcase during EMH?

We were there this past Friday night for EMH and most of the shops were open. We were there until midnight and actually stopped in at Italy on the way to the International Gateway exit.

Just back two weeks ago and like another poster stated, all the shops are open during EMH. The kidcot stations are open and there are several restaurants open too.

Because of this, we found EPCOT to be insanely busy for EMH. There is so much to see and do even without a bracelet, that the crowds never really thinned out in the WS until after 11:00. The whole park was a mob-scene in the late afternoon. I don't think we'll be too quick to do EMH at Epcot again.

We experienced the same thing when attending Epcot-- AND MK-- evening EMH. In fact, at Epcot, we thought it was busier during EMH than it had been all day! I think the only valuable EMH are in the morning.
