Question about Dolphin AP rates/starwood

Hi folks

I have an epcot balcony room booked at Dolphin for 3 nights for Dec 26 and applied an AP discount. I have now registered with Starwood - can I apply anything else to my booking to get more discount/upgrade??

Since you just registered with Starwood (correct?) there won't necessarily be any discounts associated with your SPG membership. You will earn Starwood points during your stay - and occasionally there will be a *special* where you can earn double or triple points, but I haven't seen anything lately.

You can certainly ask for an AP or SPG upgrade when you check in, but since you booked an Epcot balcony room, I'm not sure what they could upgrade you to!!
