Question about DLR?

Does Disneyland have utilidors like WDW does?
I've been meaning to ask this since my trip, but I keep forgetting. I saw that A LOT during m trip - cast members walking around in different lands. I saw a lady in Haunted Mansion attire with her personal bags walking through Main Street. (It was by the First Aid/ Corndog stand)
Is this normal? I just thought to myself "You'd never see that at WDW!".
