Question about Disney World's Return/Exchange Policy?

I have a question about getting an exchange for my Disney Mix Max. My time is stuck on 5:33a.m. and I have tried everything I can think of to fix it. I also have to reset it a lot. What is Disney's policy on exchanging items bought at the parks. I bought it for my return flight home and spent $100 for it. I still have the reciept and the origional packaging.

If it was bought from Disney World and you have the receipt and package you could return it to The Disney Store if you have one near you, although I think you only have 60 days from purchase. If there isn't a store near you, you could call WDW merchandise guest services. I can't remember their direct number but I would think ay Disney operator should be able to connect you. Good Luck!

I emailed them and they sent a replacement for my sons talking Squirt toy. I had to fax a copy of the receipt. They were great to deal with, I asked if they wanted the other one back but they didn't. I found the email address at the top of the receipt.

I'm not sure if you can return to the Disney Store any more since they are no longer owned by the Disney Company.

I'm sure you can still return to the Disney store even though Disney doesn't own them, but you must have the receipt.

I bought my Mom some earings and they said I could return them forever as long as I had the reciept.

I went to the Disney store and they took it back no problem. I then was at Walmart in the toy section and found one for $88 that's a lot cheaper and a nicer color. So far its working pretty good! But the company that made this one only has a 90 day warranty. I was shocked to see that the mix max is made by two companies.
