Question About Direct Incentives

I was browsing the DVC website ahead of our planned purchase of a direct contract in the next week or two and something caught my eye.

On the special offers page the fine print says in order to get the incentives you have to take a tour. We haven't taken a DVC tour before and we know we want RR.

It did say it could be done over the phone but what exactly does that entail? Is it quick or are we talking a multi hour phone call?

I called the DVC customer service phone number last week to ask some questions regarding buying direct. I was connected with a guide who answered my questions and e-mailed me some links to additional information. He wanted to explain it all in great detail, but I feel I have a good handle on the general workings of DVC (thanks to these forums) so I cut him off after about 15 min and told him I would let him know if I had any additional questions. I got a an e-mail that evening thanking me for taking the phone tour, so I guess that was it!
