question about DDP confirmation

We are DVC members and I called member services yesterday morning and added the DDP to our reservations. The CM said she would email my confirmation number. I haven't received anything yet and am wondering how important this is. Do we have to have this confirmation when we check in? Should I call back? Thanks.

No one knows if we need our DDP confirmation numbers when we check in? I really hate to call and bother them again if it's not something extremely important. I hope someone can help.

I'm really not sure. I think most folks on this board usually buy the DDP as a package. Maybe you'd get a better or quicker answer if you asked on the DVC boards, where it's more common the add the DDP through member services.

We've added the DDP and the deluxe to our DVC reservations a number of times. We've never received any type of confirmation but every time it's been on our reservation upon arrival.
