Question about crowd predictions on a Halloween party night

This DLR newb here  is trying to plan our few days in the parks, and I have a quick question. In looking at the crowd predictions, it's showing a very low number for the Friday we get there at DL, but much higher at DCA. However, that night is a Halloween party at DL. Wouldn't that make that park even more crowded during the day, as party ticket holders try and "get their money's worth"? Or do non-party-goers (as we will be) just stay away because they'll get kicked out sooner and won't get their money's worth?

TIA! :flower3:

If ticket holders don't have separate park admission, they can't enter the park until 3 hours before party time. I'd say that is when things will start to get a little more crowded. People will try to do what they can before being ushered out at party start. I know DCA gets pretty busy with people who don't have park admission.

Also, I wouldn't really rely on crowd predictions, they're rarely accurate.

Yeah, I've read that you can't rely on crowd predictions at DLR like I'm used to with WDW... But it's all I have to go on. By the time we get in and get to the park, it'll be around lunch time, so it sounds like we could get a few hours in at DL before it starts getting crowded. Then we might go wander around DD. I'm loving the thought that we can literally just wander over there, not take a couple of buses and a lot of time. :lovestruc

Thanks for the reply!

You'll definitely enjoy how close everything is! DTD has a lot to offer, even walking down to the DLH, Trader Sams is a great spot for drinks and food if you don't mind the walk.
