Question about CRO........

Can they tell how often you call about your reservation?????????? I have on occassion called and pressed "new reservation" with my phone # and on other occassions pressed "modify existing reservation" with my reservation #.

Can they tell that I called, lets say more than a couple times ?

I think they can. I think they are like big brother or Roz from Monster's Inc. "Watching...always watching"!!!
I called about something on my reservation awhile ago and they said "I see here you called on November 3rd....." Creepy because I did not modify or do anything to my reservation when I called on November 3rd!

I have heard that each time a CRO agent looks up your ressie, they have to note they were in there. That is how they know you called. I am sure they do this in case something ends up wrong with it, they want to know who has been in there.

yeah...I called last week, and the CM said something like "I see you've done a lot of shopping around"...we've changed dates once and tried for a different hotel, and I called to get the AAA rate when it came out. So, I guess there's *another* note in there from when I just called..."Crazy lady still looking for codes"...

I read these boards and I try EVERYTHING. OK I admit I am a little jealous of those that receive e-mails, etc. I have always paid rack rate (last trip we did get a discount, something happened to ressie, they did offer a upgrade to moderate which we turned down - the kids love "Toy Story" ). I am determined to get the best price around this trip.
