Question about convention tickets

I'm going to be in Orlando for a work convention next week and have an "after 5pm" ticket for one day and an "after 1pm" ticket for another day. Is there any way to verify which ticket get used on which day? I have my park passes and reservations setup, I'm just worried that the "after 1pm" ticket will be used on the day I show up in the evening and will be left with my "after 5pm" ticket on the day I get to the parks early. Does anybody have any experience with this? I've tried reaching out to customer service but gave up after an hour on hold. Thanks!

Any chance your convention tickets are date-specific? Like the "after 5pm" is dated for 5/3/2022 and the after 1pm is dated for 5/5/2022 or such? If not date-specific, you will need to stop by Guest Relations or a ticket window to have the tickets prioritized.
