Question about codes/Promos and Prior Booking

If you book a package, and then Disney puts put a new promo (such as free dining) are you able to call and get your pakage adjusted? How does that work. FOr Example :Just a hypothetical question, I don't really have an August trip planned-I wish!):

For August I booked 7 nights with dh's 40% military disount at Pop with 5 day hopper and DDP. Then along comes free dining AFTER I booked this, am I able to change my ressie and get rid of the 40% discount and pay rack rate and get the free dining?

Yes, you can get any ressie adjusted for the better rate...but you cannot double dip on offers...you just have to pick the one that saves u the most money....if u have 2 different offers, u can call and the CM will tell u which one is the better deal and how much it will save u!
