Our travel dates are Nov 15-25th. Do the Christmas parade, fireworks and "snow" on Main Street only happen during the Christmas party?

Also, is the weather in November usually warm enough to swim? We are undecided if we should add the waterpark feature or not, if the weather is usually not great in November. oh my.....just typing this is making me SO excited!!!!:cool1:

Yes, the snow and Christmas parade, etc only happen during the party. Non party nights it is MSEP and regular wishes during your trip. After the last party, usually the week before Christmas, they have the Christmas parade and holiday Wishes every night but that's after your stay. So if you want to see these, do the party. It is really a great time!

As for waterparks, I've never been in November but several times in December. Some days it was warm enough to swim, others it wasn't. Your best option would be to add the option once you get there and no for sure. I would hate for you to pay for it and not use it!

After the parties the Mickey's Christmas Parade becomes the day parade, not the night parade. This has been the case in years past but no announcement has been made yet as to whether this will still be the case (becoming the day parade) due to the new Festival Of Fantasy day parade.

We'll see later this year what the plans are.

You are right. And if I have to watch the Christmas parade on TV Christmas morning instead of watching it in the parks I won't be too happy as we are extending our stay to do Christmas things ON Christmas (and the fact Christmas at home is too hard since my father passed away)

But for the OP, they would have no chance to see the Christmas stuff outside of the party, as their trip is in November.

What is on TV on Christmas morning is NOT what you would see in the park on Christmas morning. What you see on TV is recorded the first week in December.

Again, perfectly aware of this. I have done MVMCP several times and seen the Christmas parade in the parks in the week of Christmas. I just love the toy soldiers which do happen to be in both, or has been in the past.

And to OP, sorry to get off topic!!
