Do they ask you to see the card you used to book the trio when you check in? I am asking because I booked for my family and my in laws. We have two separate room s and I used a combination of gift cards/credit cards to book the rooms for both of us. This is where it gets complicated. I used my debit card to book the in laws room (They gave me the cash) and my mother offered to let us use her Disney visa so we could get the 6 months 0% financing on the vacation(we of course are paying her). I am now a little worried because she will not be coming with us this trip. Will it be a problem at check in? Will they ask to see her card? Will they ask my in laws to see my debit card? This could make check in a pain. I assume other people out there have had similar situation with booking multiple rooms for family member and what not. I already completed my online check in and put my personal debit card on file for that. Sorry for the long post and thanks for any insight in advance:)

No, they won't ask to see the card you used to book the trip. I have used my card to pay for parts of family members reservations and they never asked to see my card.

They will charge the card that you put on file for online check in for any additional charges you make.

As Wood Nymph posted, they will not ask to see the card that you used to pay for the trip. If you want charging privileges, you will have to leave a cc on file, but it can be any card.

Thanks for the replies. We are getting late....around 8:30 pm. I have heard that if you do online check in, you receive a text with your room number and can bypass the front desk and go straight to your room. Since it will be later, I am hoping that my husband can take the kids and in laws straight to the room and I will just go to the front desk to claim the groceries we ordered. Anyone had success doing this with online check in?
