question about characters

We will be going to DL for the first time in November. Where are the best places to meet the characters, especially those that are not designated as meet and greet places? We will be with DS 3 and DD 6.

Are the Incredibles in either of the parks?

Also, from researching on this board, I noticed several people talking about Belle being in her yellow gown. Is there a specific place that she is dressed in her gown, or is it just by chance?

The Incredibles can be found in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot area of DCA, along with some other movie characters and characters from Playhouse Disney. The Fab 5 can be found in the Sunshine Plaza and Chip & Dale over near Grizzly River (usually right as a show called The Miner 49ers is ending). In DL, Town Square is a great spot for finding characters. Princesses are often found near the Carnation Plaza Gardens. Belle only wears her yellow ball gown at DL. The only time I've ever seen her in her blue dress was at WDW.

We found Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto most mornings in Town Square, just next to Mr Lincoln.

Ariel has her own grotto near the castle.

Snow White was at her grotto near the castle one and off during the day. Princesses coukld usually be found near there most days.

We found a series of others at the end of Main street near the Castle.
