Question about calling MS...

I need to call Member Services about my reservation, but don't have my membership number with me. I remember the card saying to have your membership number ready when you call, but can they access the reservation with just the confirmation number? Will they need anything else?

They accessed my res this morning with just the res #- try it.

they can also do it with your SS#.

Thanks. They of course asked for the membership number, but agreed to do it with the confirmation number. I really need to keep that card with me, LOL.
