Question about booking activities once onboard

So I was unable to book Goofy’s Sports Simulator for my son at our 30 day mark. I also have been unable to find an open slot even though I have been checking multiple times a day. Can someone explain to me where I go to try and book it once we are onboard? Do I go to guest services, go to the simulator itself, contact GS through the app??? please help and thank you in advance!

Just off the Fantasy and I can say that many of the onboard things, you can book on the app once onboard. Have fun!
