Question about Biergarten

My family will be traveing with my Aunt and uncle, whom are both disabled. My uncle is a quadrapalegic, and my aunt has foot problems. My uncle really wants to eat at Biergarten since he grew up in Germany, and misses it sometimes. I've heard that the buffet is on a "second level" and I'm not sure what that means. Is there a way for him to get to the buffet in a ECV? Thanks.

I believe they have seating on the same level as the buffet. WDW is very disabled friendly. I'm positive they have some seating available for guests unable to transfer from a wheelchair or ECV. Have the CM note it on your PS(AR) when you call.

There is seating on the same level as the buffet. Make sure you tell them ahead of time that you will need to be seated there. When we went, the lady in front of us forgot to tell them and it took a bit longer for her to get seated. But they had no problem accomodating her.

The reason they say the buffet is on the second level is because the steps actually go down. You enter on the second level and that is the same level the buffet is on.

You'll all have a fun time here! The food is excellent and the entertainment is interactive and has you singing. It's like being at an Octoberfest in a open air town square in Germany. For those of you who polka...or just shuffle...there's even a chance to get down on the dance floor. ENJOY

DH and I ate there for lunch last week and we didn't have beer! We still had a great time! They have good lemonade and iced tea!
