Question about automatic gratuity on DDE/Tables in Wonderland

I understand that in the terms it says an 18% gratuity will be added to all transactions when you use the card. However, does that also apply if you do counter service at one of the food courts at the Values? Wouldn't really make sense since it's basically self-serve, but I thought since it's Disney, who knows? Maybe they add it to your tab as you check out?

It does not include counter service. Tips are neither expected or given at counter service.
