Will member services re-allocate what points are being used for a reservation for me?

Specifically, my scenario is as follows.

I have 2 contracts, one at OKW with 218 points and one at VB with 150 points. The OKW contract has 197 points banked from last year and the VB contract has 150 points banked from last year.

We have a reservation at BCV that uses 263 points. When we made the reservation it only asked us what contract to use it from and selecting OKW it uses all 263 from OKW, using 197 banked and 66 from 2022.

Can I call member services and have them change that to 197 banked from OKW and 66 banked from VB?

So my question is can they split which contracts the points are being used from so I prioritize using banked points from 2021 first?

You should be able to make the change as long as the contracts have the same use year. You could try doing it via a modification of your reservation online. Just keep the same dates and room type for the modification and then on the page to identify contracts to apply, list the OKW contract first and VB second. The system is designed to take banked points first and to follow the order of the contracts that you provide. Thus, for the modification it should use all the OKW banked points first and then complete the reservation with VB banked points.

If the OKW and VB contracts are in different use years, then you will not be able to make the change.

If the contracts are under the same membership UY then what you would have wanted to do is to select both contracts at the time you booked. It would have used all the banked points from whichever you selected 1st and then checked for banked points on the second contract you selected and used them. After that if it required more points then it would have gone back to the first contract you had selected and used current points and then to the second contract if it required more. As Drusba mentioned you can do the reallocation yourself online but it does require the contracts to be in the same UY and membership.

I really appreciate the responses drusba and KAT4DISNEY. Thank you!

They are the same use year so I will modify it the way you guys said. My wife and I were added to my in-laws contracts and we'll be the primary users, so this was my first time making a reservation like this.
