Question about AKV ressie's

We just made our first home resort ressie for AKV's for the beginning or March. We got a 1BR savanna view. When I made them they mentioned that one side of the savanna would be cleared of animals and if we get one of those facing rooms we may be moved and given compensation if they move us to a standard room.
Anyone have this done to them? Anyone have more info on this and how it REALLY effects you?

The animals are due to be removed Jan 2009 - April 2009 because of construction so I am not sure you will find an answer to your question until someone has stayed there during that time period.

This will only apply to rooms that face the Sunset Savanna.

From the member website:
Approximately 30 days prior to arrival, the resort will determine, based on occupancy and booking date order, which Members will be assigned to a Sunset Savanna view room. Affected Members will be notified, and after their stay, will receive a Vacation Point credit reflecting the difference between a savanna view and standard view (no additional compensation will be given).
