My youngest and I are 30 days out from WDW. Can I add my wife and oldest to out trip, pay the difference and have them linked and added to all of our existing ADR's and FP+'s

You can add them to your reservation. They might waive the change fee since your price is increasing, but that will be at their discretion. Adding them to your ADRs and FP+ will be based on availability only.
