Question about AAA vouchers

We purchased tickets through AAA and they emailed us vouchers to exchange. We would like to go to the guest services booth by IG to exchange the emailed voucher for tickets the day we arrive (a non-park day) to be able to proceed directly to the park turnstiles the next morning...is this possible or do we have to wait to exchange until the first day we actually plan to use the tickets? Just to make things more complicated, one of the AAA vouchers is for a FL resident ticket - so will I also be able to deal with that hurdle the day before at guest services or do we need to wait and prove residency at the first park entrance? (And yep we have our park reservations.)

4. No. (You might need to show FL ID at the park gate, but you can pick up the ticket the day before, if you like.)

BTW, you don't NEED to go to any Guest Relations in advance.
You can go directly to the park gate (each guest with your legal ID) and you will each be issued your plastic tickets as you enter the gate.

Adults will need to have proof of residency (FloridaDrivers License for example) when you take AAAvoucher to Guest Services or Ticket Center in Disney Springs (close to Guest Services) . Otherwise anybody could purchase Florida discounted tickets. And they recommend you take a copy of ticket number on cellphone in case you lose it.

How do they make a plastic card at the gate ? I think they only have magic band or plastic ticket reader .

They can print them instantly (like they do at any ticket booth or Guest Relations.)

I have a question related to AAA but not ticket related that I’m hoping you or someone can answer. It’s been a few years but I read somewhere that with AAA you can get discount parking. Is this still true?

No. The AAA parking benefit has not been available for quite a few years.
