Question about AAA and Magical Express PLEASE HELP!

I booked a vacation for Oct. thru AAA. I told the AAA TA that I needed magical express and she told me that she could not gaurantee it because it may not be availble then. When I recieved the AAA confirmation letter it did not mention M.E. anywhere. I am worried that if they are still running it (or at least honoring people who already booked it) and I do not have it as part of my package, I will miss out. My question is has anyone booked w/AAA around Oct/Nov and had magical express on the confirmation letter? Can I call the regular Disney reservation number and ask them if M.E. is booked for me (do they even have my ressie or does just AAA)????
Any help or advice would be very appreciated!!! TIA, Melissa

Yep, I would call Disney and make sure you have it (you should, everyone staying on property is eligible), and confirm it so they'll send you your luggage tags. Have a great trip!

Since you made your reservation through AAA you most likely will not be able to add Magical Express to your reservation by calling Disney. The agent at AAA must do it for you. Just a note, I made my reservations throught Disney for my trip in July and there was nothing on my written confirmation from them that I had requested the Magical Express..so it may not be on your confirmation from AAA.
I would have your agent call and add ME for you, for her to say that it may not be available for your trip is incorrect, Magical Express is free until the end of this year. After that there is speculation that there will be a fee, but as of now until the end of this year it is free.

Call your AAA Agent and make them add it. I had it there and I had yet to make flight plans. Under arrival it simply said "unknown." After I booked my airfare (I did it myself as I like to pick my own seats) I had to call my AAA agent with the flight info so they could update Disney for M.E. utilization. Disney will still be offering M.E. until the end of '06, after which they'll determine what they want to do: continue it as a free service, add a charge for using it, or dissolve it.

You are MOST DEFINITELY eligible for ME!! Call your AAA TA with the info that is has been extended, for free, until the end of the year and have her/him add it to your reservation! When you receive your Disney travel package from AAA (about 2 weeks before you leave) all of your ME info should be inside. We used AAA on our last trip, didn't even book or use ME and we STILL got the ME luggage tags, etc. in case we wanted to take advantage of it at the last minute. Anyone staying at a Disney resort, whether it's booked through WDW, AAA or any other source can use ME!!
