QUestion about a PIN I received

I got the 40/35/30% pin email. Yay!! If I decide to book, I need to do so before the end of February.

~What type of deposit do I need

~What is the cancellation policy if I decide NOT to go?

~What if I change my mind and need to change resorts(assuming availability after the "booking period" ends...can I???

~What if I change my mind and want to change dates(assuming again availability after "booking period" ends?

1. Usually one night's lodging plus tax.
2. You have up to five days prior to check in to cancel.
3 & 4. You'll have to wait for someone who's tried, or a CM in CR...

If you get a package (with the room discount you can add on tickets & dining, although the discount only applies to the room) the deposit is $200.

The desposit is fully refundable up until a certain number of days before your arrival, but I can't remember the specific number.

If there is a chance you may cancel or make any changes wrt date or resort DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE! The insurance is non-refundable and can't be transferred to a new reservation (ie. if you change dates or resorts). I always make sure I specifically say I don't want insurance because I have had a CM try to just slip it in.

Room only deposit is the equivalent of 1 nights stay (if your trip includes blackout dates and the discount is only applied to part of your stay, the deposit will be averaged out)

Package deposit is $200 regardless of length of stay.

Room-only reservation is fully refundable up to 5 days before check-in.

Package deposit is 100% refundable up to 45 before check-in. 44 days or less there's a $100 cancellation fee.

If booking a room only reservation, insurance is not offered. That's strictly for packages.

I do not think you can apply the discount to a new room or dates once the booking period ends if by "booking period" you mean when the discount is available. Once that discount expires, you keep what you have (again, I think this is how it is, I'm not 100% sure). If you change your mind and the discount is still available, you can change your reservation as long as the new resort/room type is available under the discount.
