Question about a design

Since I am new and my trip is fast approaching I wanted to ask what do I do if I came across a design from a designer that iseither on vacation or taking a break?

I was going through meet the designers and saw a few designs I love but when I went to their thread to post a request I noticed they have not been active since June......so what do I do?

I would post a request for what you are looking for and maybe another DISigner has something similar. a link to the original DISigner's image would help greatly!
