question about 5/7 day tickets

if i were to buy the 7 day ticket no expiration even though im only going to be there for 5 days can my brother come back down and use the other two days...i guess what im saying is do the tickets have to be used by the same person

The tickets themselves are sold as being non-transferrable, so they are intended for use by the same person for all park days.

All adult tickets are now associated with a biometric scan of a fingerprint of the first person who uses the ticket. If the biometrics don't match, then the ticket user may be challenged and not allowed park entry.

Unfortunately, no your brother couldn't use them. Disney uses a biometric scanning system for each ticket. Basically they scan your fingerprint when you enter the park and that fingerprint is thereby attached to the ticket.

I would just buy 5 day tickets w/expiration myself. The no expiration option is expensive for the shorter duration trips.
