Question about 40% off Code Ressies

hi all. so sorry if this has been posted, I skimmed a few pages and couldn't find what i was looking for. My question is, say the ocde is good through Nov. 15 and we book for nov. 12-18, can we still use the code of does our whole tirp have to fall into the code dateS? thanks so much!

We used the 40% code last year that ended for June on the 2nd. We checked in the 1st and it was good the entire stay.

thanks for the advice. i went ahead and called since no one was reponding we wanted to stay novermber 14-21st and the code ended the 15th and they told us it was only good through the 15th. i guess icne this year if you stay goes from value to regular you have to change prices they are applying that to codes as well. thanks!

Nobody answered probably because there have been conflicting answers from CRO on this.

You could probably call back and get a different answer. I'm not kidding.

well, we called 3 times and talked to three diff CM's hoping for a different answer. i dont know if maybe b/c of thanksgiving week they couldn't and if it would have been any other week they would have takedn it, i don't know. we got it figured out though, so thanks!

Didn't they just change the whole ressie thing this year?? If you book for the last day of value season-you used to be able to get value season price for whole stay. But now if you book on the last day you only get the one day at value rate and then pay the higher rate for rest of stay. Not sure if weekends cost more or not. I could be totally wrong, but thought I had heard that somewhere. Hope this helps.

I looked too, but I just wasn't sure how to say what the CM I talked to told me as I got a couple different answers from two different CMs. But this is what I was told when I finally made my reservation.

I am planning on going in November and got a 40% off code too. My original dates fell with the code dates, and they would only let me use the code for the actual dates. I could get the 15th-whatever dates it was, but my days before the 15th would not be discounted.

My dates are flexible so I just changed the days I was going. I was told that if I wanted to use the 40% off for my whole stay that I had to start my stay on the day the code was good for.

Sorry if this is confusing.
