Question about 2008 policy changes..

I know that they changed the "loop hole" that you could book a room on the last day of a less expensive season through a higher season and get the cheaper rate but how does that effect the discounts. Can you still book something like the Free Dining OR one of the 40% pin codes that have been going around on the last day it is offered for check in and still get it for your entire stay?

I just booked the bounceback 30% discount (the offer current resort guests have in their room) for the last day it was offered in September - 9/27 - and 7 more nights after that.
