Quest Points

After the first day of my quest ended, I was disappointed that everything was set back to normal and I couldn't see what my rating was, or who had completed it or anything. I noticed however one thing had changed: near the bottom it said 70 quest.points, and I was wondering if anyone knows how those are calculated and what it means and is there anywhere to see other people's quest points... anybody know anything about this? By the way sorry about all the new posts...
