Quater house in new orleans

I need a room for a few days in New Orleans next year - non Mardi gras time. Anyone ever stay here? I see its an option to trade into. We have no disney plans next year but will have points to use.

I haven't stayed there but reports put it as one of the nicer properties. I didn't see anything other than single days between now and Feb though. They did not list a housekeeping fee but I'd be surprised if they didn't have one. They do have a $100 per fee under 25 pounds. It seems like it'd be a good option but you should do more investigation. I did read through the TUG reviews and they were pretty positive with a rating around 8 and one of only a couple of Gold Crown options in the area.
