Trying to decide. Has anyone stayed at one of these? How was it? How was the Continental Breakfast? Not interested in pools as we are checking in late and only staying one night.

Stay at castle inn or if I were you I would stay at sleep in any of them there all new.I have heard Nothing good about any of the other place you asked about. You should do a search.at the top and put the name of the places in the box and see what you get back.DON"T stay at Knight's or masters bad stories from them both.Lisa

We stayed 4 nights the Quality Inn Maingate West and it was a BAD choice. It was dumpy, dirty, beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows were paper thin. I had requested two rooms on the first floor, close to each other, if not adjoining. They gave us one room on the first floor, right next to the videogames room (heard annoying arcade music all night) and one room on the OTHER side of the hotel on the second floor! We arrived at check-in time so I wasn't too pleased with that. The bathroom had mildew everywhere and the tub took 45 mins to drain (even while you showered). Our toilet plugged up twice during the four days and when we checked in/out, there were only young adults working who cared more about chatting with each other about their week-end plans than trying to check us in/out.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Maingate West in '99 and only paid $29/night and LOVED it!! The Quality Inn is supposed to be step above but was really miles below! And we paid more for it!! :(The breakfast was ok, nothing memorable.

We stayed at the Magic Castle in December for 1 night before checking into CBR, and really liked it. There are NO frills, but the room was clean, didn't smell bad, we had a free continental breakfast, and it was only 10 min to Disney. (we stayed at the one closer to Disney)

We only paid $32.00 with tax (that was the best part) and plan on staying there for our entire trip next time.

If you are looking for frills, this may not be the best choice, but for us we only sleep at the hotel and spend the rest of our time in the parks so it was just perfect.

There was a Denny's right next door, it's on the main street so restaurant choices are everywhere!!

enjoy your trip!!!

Hi there: If you look at the posting entitled (Magic Castle Inns) you'll find more information!

Hi! DD and I stayed at Quality Inn Maingate West exactly one year ago and cannot recommend it. The room was small, pillows thin, blankets thin and pilly, room smelled funny (not musty but almost), bathroom wasn't nasty but I went to the store and bought some scrubby bubbles anyway, jsut to be sure. Didn't get to the pool. Breakfast was mostly pre-wrapped donuts or pastry, with beverages (juice, coffee, tea). We paid $44/nite and I'm not sure if it was worth it. Try somewhere else.
