Once again, I am thanking you all from the bottom of my heart!

He did very well and is now 9 hours post-op. His prognosis is great and he did not have any complications (so far, at least!).

Since last Wednesday, I have spent 20+ hours on the road between home, my parents house, and the hospital. Add to that the 60+ hours at the hospital and you see that I haven't hac much time for much else! DGD has been there 4 different days and she needs to rest, too. My mother is staying there 24/7.

DH says that my father is "text-book". I hope that his recovery is the same.

Great news. Keep us informed and try to get some rest! Make sure your mom is eating. I've seen spouses give out due to stress and not eating in the hospital!
