QSDP credit exchange for snacks?

I know this was asked a few months ago, but asking again in the hope things may have changed.................
Has anyone using the QSDP recently and been able to swap QS credits for snacks?

I guess sort of related, but I remember at the food courts (specifically POP since that was the only other time I had a dining plan) you could substitute the a dessert for the bottled drink since you could use your mug for a drink. Are they still allowing that? Or does that substitution no longer work either. I understand you can't do the meal > 3 snacks anymore.

QSDP no longer comes with dessert.
You can still get a bottled water though even with the refillable mug because each QS meal comes with a drink.
That doesn't have anything to do with dessert.

I know qsdp doesn't come with a dessert for the meal, even the 2 prior times I had it it was like that. However, and perhaps unofficially, the pop century food court definitely let you swap a dessert for the drink. Was just curious if anyone has had experience with that since the dining plans came back.

Thanks, in that case, can you use a qsdp credit for a snack instead of a meal? And can you use an adult QS credit for a kids meal (I know this wouldn't work the other way around)
