QS Restaurants and parks closing time

I am specifically asking about Flame Tree BBQ, but I guess this ? would apply to all park QS restaurants in the parks.

If AK closes at 6pm, what time will Flame Tree close? Can we order our food at 5:55 and then sit down and eat for 20 minutes? Will the restaurant close earlier or will we be asked to leave immediately?

1) QS eatery closing times are the posted closing times.
2) If you get there 1-minute before closing, you MUST be served.
3) And, served anything on the QS menu (unless item is sold out).
4) You, then have as much time as you need to eat.
5) Including some kibitzing/relaxing time.
6) You cannot and will not be pushed out.

7) Managers have been fired ON THE SPOT for refusing to serve guests.
8) At a QS spot, they are not allowed to use the excuse that the kitchen is closed.
9) Or equipment is off or being cleaned.
10) Just tell them to turn it back on.
11) Or ask them to page the Park/Hotel General Manager.

NOTE: However, TS eateries ARE allowed to start to close the kitchen early.
They must still serve you food, but you might have a limited choice of food,
since some kitchen equipment might be turned off or being cleaned.

If the ordering area is still open, you can eat. The buses run approximately an hour after the park closes, so you still have that option if you didn't drive. Disney cast members won't kick you out immediately, but most people will not stay longer than an hour past closing. I don't expect your quick service meal to take that long.

When you enter any park, pick up the Times Guide. Among the info will be the hours for many of the main TS and CS restaurants.

Looking at an AK Times Guide from last October it looks like Flame Tree closed every day a little before the park. For example:

Fri, Sat, Sun Park 9AM - 6PM Flame Tree 11AM -5 PM
M,Tu, W, Th Park 9AM - 5PM Flame Tree 11AM- 4:30PM
