Qs Re On-Line Express Pass Purchase

1st time off-site want to buy express passes for upcoming trip in Oct. to lessen the blow , couple questions:

1) Should i buy them ASAP? Not sure if the price can change/increase or they can run out?

2) If our plans change, are we locked into the date or can we trade them in for another day that week or cancel completely barring unforeseen trip cancellation?

3) believe i recall no AP discount offered?

Janet...are you talking the EP's for HHN or regular EP's for the parks? In any event, I wouldn't buy them now...wait until you KNOW for sure you're going on a specific night. I don't know if you can exchange them for another night and if not, you'd be stuck. I usually buy mine for HHN two weeks ahead and I make sure I will go that night. There are no discounts for Express Passes.

I thought it was safe to buy the EPs for HHN @ the gate, didn't know you could buy them in advance.

i wasn't sure if the regular EPs start out at a certain price then either the price gets raised as the date gets closer or they stop selling them at all once a certain % is sold

just don't want to be left out in the cold

I doubt seriously you would need the park EP's in October. You can purchase the HHN EP's in advance but if you wait until you get there...especially on a busy night...they may sell out.

okay, HHN EPs def pre-buy, reg EPs just another way to part me from my $ (i'll buy them anyway, just to not have to hear the rest of family whine about no FOTL )

imo the $25+ pp for 2 parks/1 day is reasonable
