QS Alternatives?

My 9 year old just told me last night that she hopes during our upcoming trip that we'll be able to eat "real food" on the Quick Service plan and not just fried food all day. I agree with her! I've been looking over menus to try to get some variety for our 8-day trip, but I was wondering if anyone can offer up some of their favorite QS spots that aren't just chicken nuggets and burgers in each park? Thanks!

Animal Kingdom- Satu'li Canteen, for sure. Best food in the park.
MK- Columbia Harbor House (if you like seafood) has a lot of lighter/less fried options. BOG also has some good choices, and you can get green beans in place of fries as a side.
Ep- So, so many choices. Most of the QS around the world showcase offer a variety.
HS- This one's harder. Honestly if you have the time and can park hop, just go to Epcot for eating. But if you're stuck there, ABC Commissary has some salads, and Fairfax Faire has some Latin-inspired foods.

Not sure about kid's meals specifically but here is what I like best:

Harambe Market in AK

I like the ribs with a large Bibo.

Tangierine Café in Epcot

Try the schwarma and be like Iron Man in the Avengers... ;)

Kind of a cheat but I like BOG in the MK for lunch (does require a reservation, though)

The braised pork is my favorite but the vegetable quiche was really good on my last trip also.

and for DHS...well...you know you can walk back to Epcot in a jiffy for some Les Halles or Sunshine Seasons... ;)

the Commissary, for one example, does have a Mediterranean Salad and non-fried options but I haven't tried it.

I had my eye on harambe! Thanks!

If limited to the parks (and not resorts)....

Satu'li Canteen - AK
Pecos Bills - MK

But, if you expand to the resorts then there are some excellent QS locations.

I'm totally interested in resorts too. We're doing a split stay at POR/Poly.

Capt. Cooks - Poly
Roaring Forks - Wilderness Lodge
Trails End - Fort Wilderness (caveat, I've never eaten here, but I believe it shares some of the food offerings from Hoop Dee Doo).

We don't eat QS very often but when we do, I always eat a kid's meal because I'm not big meal eater. I have never, let me repeat, never had a burger or chicken nuggets at Disney, if push comes to shove and I'm so hungry I'd eat the rear end out of a rag doll (cleaned that up, it's a southern expression) there are almost always turkey sandwiches. I don't eat fried food very often or pizza for that matter and I have no problems finding healthy, or least semi-healthy options.

MK - I'll admit we rarely eat in the park but when we do if it's QS it's Pecos Bills because I've never met quacamole I didn't like and you get as much as you want there. My grown son and I have shared a meal at the Plaza but that's not QS. We do go across the lake to the resorts over there, the QS at the Poly is pretty decent.

AK - I like Yak and Yeti, I can get a chicken fried rice, which I think is a snack credit on the dining plan (we don't do the dining plan) and have leftovers it's so big. We tend to go to Nomad Lounge and get a small plate there. The kid's meals at Pandora are pretty good. The QS at AKL is pretty good as well.

HS - Again, we don't do QS here, we go to the HBD lounge because I love Cobb Salad but the Caprese sandwich at Backlot Express is pretty good.

Epcot - Just about every QS in the WS is good, we haven't eaten at the Italy or German pavillion but that is just because we like all the others so much. The fish and chips at GB is one of my exceptions to fried food, it's pretty good. Sunshine Seasons has some decent food but we rarely eat there with so many choices in WS.

I love the shrimp and grits over at POFQ.

I also like the QS options at Art of Animation if you find yourself over in that area...

Unless something changes between now and your trip, your DD9 can order adult meals at all QS locations, so don't think you have to limit her to the kid's selections.

We eat almost all QS meals, and we rarely have burgers (unless someone wants one) and never chicken nuggets.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, LaCantina (Mexico), Tangierine Cafe (Morocco)
AK - Flame Tree BBQ, Yak and Yeti, Satu'li Canteen looks great but we haven't tried it yet
MK - Pecos Bills (fajita platter, specifically), used to be Cosmic Rays but they took the chicken off them menu, Columbia Harbor House (salmon, rice and green beans)
HS - Fairfax Fare has bbq, Caprese sandwich at Backlot Express

Animal Kingfom - flame tree bbq has ribs, chicken, pulled pork.

EPCOT- world showcase has a variety of counter service options that will be different. Plus Sunshine Seasons has ‘real’ food.

Magic Kingdom- Pacos Bills (fajitas, tacos, nachos),
