QR site down???

I have been trying for about 2-1/2 hours to log onto QR but get the good old "Internet Explorer cannot display..." error message. Is it just me or is anyone else having problems this morning??

I can get on now too. I checked right before I went to another site to order my Disney pins and QR was down. I checked again right after I placed my order through that other site and guess what...It's up and running. Figures! I wanted my loyalty tokens . I'm getting very close to a $25 Disney Card and a tote.
