Qick question about exp. points, please help me understand.

Hello,

I am also a DVC member but can't figure this one out....I am sure I already know the answer but I am hoping aginst hope that I am wrong.

I am getting ready to rent points rom a fellow DVC member that expire the end of this month. As long as my reservation starts in Sept on the 30th can it end on Oct 2...or not hardly???

Points with an October Use Year will expire on September 30 (unless they can be banked). They could be used for the night of 9/30 but cannot be used beyond that night. With DVC reservations, each night is treated separately as far as point costs and usage deadlines.
