I was wondering why my check for the downpayment for the points I bought last month had not cleared so i called member services. They checked and found out that QC did not have it. I sent it sealed in the envelope that you are supposed to use for that and just put it in along with the FED EX documents. I also called and asked if that was okay with QC before I did it. I thought it would be safer that way!
They have no record of receiving it. So, I had to put a stop on that check, what else could I do? I paid the downpayment over the phone, but, that was strange, for Quality Control to lose my check?
