QA_SuzyQT or Yavn Please Read. - Rooms Wrongfully Taken Away

Ok, So here is the deal. When that bugged code came out I did in fact use it, and when I heard it was bad I then listened to QA_SuzyQT to sell it. So I sold it so it would help the Testers and they would not have to come and sell it for me. (I also did it with the Well and Sold it). I also did this for my sister: MinieMouses, so you did not have to bother going and doing it. After all this and the bugs and things my good friend: "Skater" : kindly went to Disney and came back and surprisely had Room Code(s) and some Well(s) that he either kindly gifted or traded with us. So my sister and I both got another new and rightfully earned Caribbean Town Square Guest Room and some Wells. They were both different codes for the rooms and wells and they were not the bugged codes as we already used them.

So we were both excited until I was in my room yesterday and QA_caffdawg came in and said: "You did not earn this room the right way" so when she said that I tried to the best of my ability to explain to her what happened with me using the bugged code, selling it when another tester asked me to, and then a friend giving me a brand new rightfully earn room and well code(s). She then said she would talk to yavn about this. So I wake up this morning and see that my room is gone!!! I was not happy let's just say this morning.

I tried everything so far from using the Help (which didnt help at all), Sending yavn a in-game message (which he is not on), and soon I will be using the contact us link (which they never respond to my other problems in-game). So now my sister and I had our rightfully earned by a friend rooms taken away.

I do not know what the problem is because they did this to Skater the other day as well. He got the rooms the right way and earned them and now we are getting them taking away. So Skater and i were talking about this and we think maybe that Disney is giving out doubled codes therefore making it look like people used a code that had already been used; Or the rightfully earned codes are not registered where you look at the codes we have typed in.
(We still have the 5 Wells each that we either rightfully traded or were gifted)

So I am asking you right now to please do something about this because it's kind of sad for some people like my sister and I that can not get to Disney much at all. We kindly get a rightfully earned room from a Disney In-Park Quest and you take it away.

I hope everything gets taken care, and if you really need proof I am pretty sure Skater still have the cards/papers that you can see the codes.

I traded after the bug was fixed and the room wasnt from the multi-use bug code and still had my room taken away.
I had the room for 4 or 5 days and when the prizes from the contest were added into my inventory a few hours later my room was taken.
 
Have either of you written the black hole? This truly is unfair and I think that the rooms should be returned.

I hope you guys get it fixed asap!
 

I hope this does get fixed. I am also bumping this for you. That was not fair and maybe they will respond I hope :goodvibes
 
Did you try to enter the codes again? They might have taken away all of the items and reset the codes.
 
I think it's just another scam to get you to spend more money...
 
Ok, at the moment this is being taken care of. When I get the codes skater gave me I have to send then to somebody and they are going to be researched. Hopefully everything works out.
 
This has also happened to me. I went to the park MYSELF and got the cards. I trade one to Kinka (who in turn gave it to LilGeisha). They had used the bad code and had that taken away. A day after the used my code...the good code...it got taken away. I have sent a message through Contact Us already. I tried to talk to staff in game but they were all busy at the time.

Anyway, still hoping for an answer to this. I've even scanned the card in case they want proof. :P

QA_SuzyQT PMed me here to asking for the codes that we used so she or somebody else can research them for further information. I have sent the codes to her and now I am just waiting to see if we get our rooms back.
 
Good news! They really should investigate more before pulling the room. I would have been quite upset!

Yes I would. If they have it blocked I can ask her to contact you and King about your problem. She could not really help me getting my room back, but she could check and make sure I earned it and they were not multi-use codes. I then had to send in the codes I used and the date I used them.. then they will be able to track them and all that.
