Q: regarding Disney Infinity Xbox 360

I have a question bout Disney Infinity 1.0. I have the wii version of the game, but recently purchased an xbox 360 at a thrift store (it works!). I'm curious do I need the game disc AND the platform for the xbox 360 version or can i use the Wii platform w/ the xbox 360 disc?

It's been a while since your post so I'm not sure if you got your answer already, but I believe the Xbox (and maybe Wii) Infinity bases are different than the Wii U and PS3/4 bases. I know for sure that the PS3/4 bases are interchangeable because they are standard USB (I think the Wii U base is the same standard USB but I don't have a Wii U so can't confirm). I read somewhere that the XBox bases have a different kind of connector.
