Okay, so I was wondering something. Would it be cheaper to get length of stay passes for 5 nights in a WDW resort, or go for the 5 day hopper pass instead?
Also, if I used all the days on an ultimate park hopper pass, but did not use the ultimate part of it (did not go to water parks or Pleasure Island), will those still be able to be used on the next trip there?
I was thinking about just getting a hopper pass instead of an ultimate - will that work?

Depends...if they run a promotion...like the Fairytale, it just might work out to approx the same price...

Nope:)
UPH's are only good for the length of your stay...they expire at midnight on your checkout day.

Unused "pluses" or admission days on Park hopper passes never expire.

You can certainly book a room only, then purchase your own tickets...

HTH!!

Yep... plusses don't expire, but the length of stay passes are only good for the time that you are checked into the hotel. Any days unused will expire at midnight on the day you check out. The other catch to them is that you have to get the LOS for the entire time you stay.

The one thing I love about both the length of stay or Annual Passes is that I can pop over to a park for a few hours and not feel guilty about using a whole day on the park hopper. It is really great if you miss the fireworks one day because of poor weather you can just go the next night for the fireworks. You do pay for that convenience though. Last year with the Fairy tale package it worked out great. (That was the only time we've gone without annual passes) This time I have Premium Annual Passes because my DS loves Disneyquest and the water parks.

Basically it all depends on how you're going to spend your vacation.

Good luck with your decision.:sunny:
