Q for Locals - Los Castillos

Growing up in Garden Grove we always went to a Mexican Restaurant in Westminster - Los Castillo's. Then one time on a trip down it was changed. (Los Castles) Now I find it might have returned to a Mexican place. My question is did it? And more important is it the same mexican food as before it changed?

Any imput would be much appreciated.
