I have a "HUGE" question;


Question: My Receipt from DL shows my flight info shows one thing but..
my itinerary shows another.

DH & I have flights to Orlando Nov. 25 returning Dec. 2
On Dec 2: the flight info shows: we have XX seat (Sheet w/barcode on it)
On Dec 2: the itinerary shows: a different seat (actual itinerary)

What would ya'll suggest to do, I've called them twice & asked which seats are we sitting in. Each time, the customer service rep tells me the exact same seat that is listed on the itinerary. The computer even shows us to be on the seat of what the itinerary shows. It's just the paperwork w/barcode that's wrong & if we check in w/kiosk or over the internet which seat will we be sitting in. The seat is in coach & it does make a difference as to where we sit. That's why we book DL, choices.............at least I thought I paid for a certain seat.
I wanted to call them again & verify for the 3rd time but.............DH says, it's their error. Lordy knows I have enough copies of all flight & itineraries & the changes they've made each & every time they changed us.


I just wanted to make sure we have a seat & not sitting on top of somebody else. I hope somebody doesn't have my seat & I hope I don't have someone elses.
Has anyone else ever had this happen to them?
