Q & C vouchers

I was reading an old trip report (2004), and she mentioned using Q & C vouchers and saving a good deal of money on meals. Does any one know what these are , do they still exist, and if they do, how can I get ahold of some !

quick and casual vouchers have been discontinued. Some groups that book packages (like bands, conventions, etc.) may get vouchers as part of their package.

I think these were discountinued years ago.

Ah, they were wonderful but long unavailable to the general public.
