Q&C and Breakfast Vouchers

I just recently started reading the Budget Boards, so can someone tell me what Q&C and breakfast vouchers are and how they work.

In simplest terms Q&C and breakfast vouchers are prepaid meal "tickets" you buy through Connections or Hotwire. You can use them at a variety of places throughout Disney.......the very first link on the Budget Board page deals with vouchers and is a wonderful resource...you might want to start there.
