I can answer this question because I just visited a couple months ago.
The answer is yes, they have single rider lines for the Mummy, and JPRA, but it's a fairly new thing, so it's in testing. When I visited in March, the Mummy was doing it. What happens for the Mummy, is you ask the guards if you can use single rider. If they are doing it, you walk thru the queue, until you come to someone holding a piece of paper in their hand. You ask them if you can use single rider. They'll give you a slip of paper, and direct you to the single rider line. You give the ride op the paper, and you get placed in the car.
What USH does to get extra money, is they sell badges that get you on all the rides with no wait. Similar to FOTL, but since there is no hotel on site, you must flat out pay for it. And from what I was hearing, it's expensive. Forgot the exact price, but a group in front of me were talking about it, saying they'd rather save the money so they can visit USF. Little did they know that's my home park. I could have chatted up a major conversation with them, but didn't feel like it at the time. The single rider lines use the same line as the badge people. It works, it's just different from USF.
Read my TR here for more info on USH. It's worth visiting, I had a great time.
