Hi all,
I hope someone can answer my question.
I am staying at the Beach Club and have a question about the International Gateway entrance at park opening time. Do they start letting people in exactly at 9am, or do they let you in earlier but hold you behind a rope somewhere like they do when you enter the front gates? We want to get to MS as soon as we can but are worried that the people entering the front gates will have a huge advantage, time-wise and distance-wise! Also, how does the Internationa Gateway entrance work for Epcot early entry days?
Thanks!

This is a good question. Is MS running during all park hours or is it still intermittent? Is MS part of EE now, or will it be? I'm thinking the people at the front entrance have the distance advantage. Do they even open the International Gateway entrance at 9 since WS isn't open at that hour?

I'll be staying for the first time at the Swan and I'm very curious about this entrance, too. Are you able to use it before WS opens? Also, is EE allowed from here?

Thanks for those who will help, here.

If I remember correctly you could enter before the park opened they just had things roped off so you couldn't get into world showcase. During early entry days it worked just like the maingate...you got in early. Also, if I remember right we were let in a tad earlier on other days but couldn't really get anywhere but head towards the monorail, but this may of had something to do with my dad being in a wheelchair and it was easier for him to get around on the monorail than by bus and they just let us go through....he wasn't with us every day though, and I do have flashes of getting in 15 mins before park opening. Of course this was all in 99 and we all know how they change policies. Regardless, the ee thing I'm sure is still the same, they'll let you in, as to ms being an ee ride I have no idea.

Last summer they let us in a little early at the International Gateway and then held us there for the rope drop. You ARE at a disadvantage because MS and TT are sooooo much closer to the Main Gate and the people entering there will reach those attraction first.
